Cluburbia: a place and a state of mind.

This album was created for octophonic (8-channel) surround sound, in part to test different spatial audio tools including Envelop for Live and Dolby Atmos Music Production Studio. This two channel version of the album is the result of mixing down for binaural audio, which is basically stereo that tries to capture and render more spatial audio cues.

In a first for Leftroman, this album contains some of my playing on guitar (怪獣アンプ対戦) and synthesizer (Synthtest). Special thanks also to the many sample producers sharing their works on Splice and Loopcloud. Their terms of service prevent me from giving credit to these producers.

For those listeners with multichannel playback setups, you can hear and experiment with the 8-channel version of this same album. It is available on Bandcamp as "Cluburbia - Octomix." The eight channels of each song are released as four stereo tracks.
